Tile Epoxy Grouting

  • Mixing the components in accordance to the recommended ratio and with an electric mixer.
  • Applying grout mortar with a firm rubber trowel.
  • Removing of excess grout mortar using the edge of the rubber trowel.
  • Wetting the surface with water and the grout residue is loosened using a scrubbing pad. After a few rounds of cleaning, the water tends to get sticky with resin residue.
  • Finally, cleaning the surface thoroughly with clean water and sponge within the day of application and see that the surfaces are not sticky.
  • For epoxy grouts in marble flooring, an on-site polishing is done to achieve a seamless joint finish.
