Next step is concreting, an integral concrete water proofing compound shall be added to concrete to reduce permeability and increase the durability.

Hardening cum bonding agent is used where ever the construction joints are coming.On the existing surface, Cement : Sand slurry shall be applied admixed with hardening cum bonding agent. Before the slurry dries, green concrete is placed.

• Surface Preparation — Grouting is done through nozzles fixed at 1 m center-to-center with non-shrinking expansive grout.  Cross checking whether the surface is free of oil, grease or any loosely adhering particles.Repairing the surface with rich mortar and Hardening cum Bonding agent if any cracks, pin holes, honeycombs, etc. are found.Rounding of all horizontal and vertical edges by making a mortar gola with rich mortar and Hardening cum Bonding agent.
• TREATMENT — Outside Area: Applying 2 coats of cement based polymer/acrylic modified highly flexible waterproof coating from positive side. The second coating is provided at right angles to first coat once it is touch dry. Water Leakage Test is done for some days. Protect the coating by laying glazed tiles/cement sand plaster admixed with Hardening cum Bonding agent.
