Sand, Pigment, Resin and Hardener are mixed in mortar.
Surface Preparation: Removal of Dust, Removal of paint, plaster, adhesive residues, Sacrifying the surface. (If any crack or joint present on substrate it must be open up and fill with epoxy material. If it is a New Slab, it must be cured for 14 days.)
Priming: The substrates for which coating is applied must be primed with primer. Depending on the condition and porosity of substrate, the number of coats will be decided.
All components of coat are mixed for 1 min using Electric Stirrer.
Properly mixed material is then placed on primed substrate without delay using trowels and rollers.
